  • Grease that splatters from meat, oil, butter and other greasy foods can easily saturate surfaces around your cooking area and leave behind a film that creates unwanted odors.

  • Certain foods can leave a very potent odor that will linger for a long period of time.

  • The musky scent of fish can be a troublesome odor that's hard to get rid of.

  • If left untreated, the residue left behind from cooking is an optimal breeding ground for various kinds of bacteria and odors.

  • Having your home treated with Ozone before putting it on the market can make it more attractive to potential buyers.

  • Cooking odors can quickly spread throughout the entire house through the air duct system.

  • Painting will not eliminate cooking odors as the chemicals that cause odors can seep through the paint.

Important Note About Ozone Shock Treatment

The source of any odor must be removed before ozone treatment. If the smell source is not removed (e.g. garbage, mold, dead rodents, etc.), no amount of ozone can eliminate these odors completely. The treatment areas must also be properly cleaned for ozone shock treatment to work properly.

The last thing you or your guests want to smell in your home is your last meal. Food odors can permeate the air of your home and leave unpleasant odors for long periods of times. Even the cleanest of homes can have lingering food odors and some odors are particularly hard to combat, lingering for weeks or even months.

Washing walls or re-painting will not always eliminate the smell of years of heavy cooking odors. Ozone penetrates carpets, wall paper and other soft surfaces in a home to quickly eliminate even the strongest of food odors.
