Tarion Warranty Inspections: $395


​   Rival Home Inspections will do a complete inspection on your new home looking for defects in construction and safety hazards. In the first year of your new home warranty the builder is to repair all deficiencies at their expense so this is the best time to get things fixed right and save money in the future. These inspections are generally done just in sync with the Tarion 30-Day, First Year and Second Year statutory claim periods (first 30 days after possession or final 30 days of the first year and second year possession).

Comprehensive report with color pictures, system life cycles, home improvement costs and maintenance schedule
